Cancellation Policy
A full refund, minus a $50.00 processing fee per participant, will be issued if HNC is notified at least 14 days prior to the first date of said term.
Refunds will not be issued if a cancellation occurs within 14 days of the term start date.
HNC reserves the right to cancel After School Nature Club sessions with a 14 day notice if a minimum enrollment is not met. Refunds will be issued.
HNC reserves the right to cancel After School Nature Club sessions, without issuing refunds, due to severe weather or other circumstances that may prohibit safe program operation.
