EVENT DESCRIPTION:

$60 - Full Adventure Ticket (includes dinner and dessert)

Hartley's annual Candlelight Event returns on January 25th, 2025, from 5-8 PM. Back and better than ever, you’ll have multiple ways to experience the wonder of a winter evening in Hartley Park this year. Luminaries will light the night sky as you Ski or snowshoe a candlelit loop (weather dependent). Explore the trails by headlamp on a fat tire bike or kicksled or go for a trail running adventure on a pair of Hoka demo shoes. Warm up with hot cocoa in the nature center and you have the makings of a wonderful winter night. This year in addition to all our favorite outdoor elements, we are adding the option to come together as a community and support Hartley Nature Center through a special fundraiser. Join us for a delicious catered dinner by New Scenic Cafe, a cash bar with beer and wine, and an incredible raffle with awesome items donated by local businesses and more! Plus, we are offering a magical Kids Night Out in the Park.

REGISTRATION DETAILS:

Please note, this registration is for those who want to experience the full magic of Candlelight. This $60 Full Adventure Ticket includes a catered dinner from New Scenic Café, one free drink ticket for the bar (for those over 21), access to the luminary lit ski and snowshoe trails, access to bike, ski, snowshoe, and kicksled equipment (limited kid sizes), and access to the Hoka shoe demo. Kids 3 & under free.

For those who’d rather just grab some gear and hit the trails, we will also be offering a $15 trail explorer ticket. This ticket will get you access to the skis, snowshoes, fat tire bikes, kicksleds, Hoka shoe demos, and the candlelit ski and snowshoe trails. This ticket does not include dinner, drink ticket, or dessert. Kids are welcome at all event activities, but there is also an optional Kids Night Out ticket for parents who want to attend the event without their kids. Adults will drop off their Kids who will enjoy a night of indoor and outdoor fun with experienced Hartley educators. A pizza dinner will be included with Kids Night Out tickets. Must be at least 3 years old and bathroom independent. (Please note: Kids Night Out is intended for those parents who want childcare so they can attend the event without their children. Tickets are $30 and must be purchased separately from your Candlelight ticket. If you plan on having your kids with you at the event, please register them for their own Candlelight ticket and not Kids Night Out.)
