Use this site to make all of your tuition payments for the 2023-24 preschool year.

Please read the following instructions before beginning your registration.

1. Enter your child's information.
2. Complete the parent/guardian form and/or the scholarship interest form, if applicable.
3. The Shopping Cart page displays your tuition costs for the full academic school year. You have three payment options to choose from.
   • Amount To Pay Now: The system will automatically default to this option. Use this option to manually pay for the upcoming month's tuition only. You MUST enter the monthly tuition amount in the payment box located to the right.
     • You can see what your monthly tuition is by viewing the payment schedule details on this page.
   • Auto charge my next payments: You may also elect to have Oct.-Apr. payments auto-charged to your credit card by checking the this box. Note: You must enter an amount to pay now in the payment box in order to select the auto-pay option. The system will not allow you check this box if the payment amount is $0.00.
   • Pay In Full: To pay your full balance now, select this option.​
4. To add another class or item to your shopping cart, click on the 'Keep Shopping' button in the bottom left-hand corner. Copy and paste the URL for any other classes you're paying for and proceed through the registration process. When you reach your Shopping Cart, you should see all of your classes/items listed here.
5. ​Select 'Checkout' at the bottom center of the page when done to proceed forward.
6. Submit your payment: Payments can be made with a credit card or an e-check for bank withdrawals.

Please note:

• A $25 late fee will automatically be assessed to all monthly payments that are not paid by the 1st of the month, with the exception of your September tuition payment.
• There is no longer a 3% discount for families paying for the full year in advance of the first day of school.

At the same time you make a tuition payment you can:

• Purchase or renew your HNC membership. All families are required to be members of HNC by August 31, 2023.
• Apply for a preschool scholarship if you haven't already done so.​
